Living with Tinnitus ringing in the ears
Do you suffer with ringing spounds in your ear or ears ? if you do you may well have what i suffer with which is tinnitus this all started for me when i suffered a severe viral infection, it caused my ears to get inflammed and before i knew any thing i was on the floor throwing up and being sick every where.
The room i was in appeared to be spinning every time i moved or attempted to get up, it was because my ears had been damaged, i did not know this at the time, an in the coming months and years i would learn a lot, and it took me ages to find something to make the sounds in my ears stop i first went to see my Doctor, he gave me the news that i had a whats known as tinnitus, basically my damaged ears are now sending out confusing signals to my brain, this in turn is interpreted by my brain as sounds, in my case the sounds my ears seem to be hearing is a very loud bell type ringing sound in both ears, this on a scale to 1 to 10 is a 9 all day every day.
I found good advice on maybe how to cut the noise in my ears down, its thought that reducing every day stress can make the tinnitus a little more bearable, taking less salt and sugar and alcoholic drinks can all reduce the noise, as can less caffine such as tea or coffee, i like many before me reduced every one of the things above, i then took more excercise, a lot more water, water makes you pee more so its thought that you pee a litle bit more salt out of your body and this can reduce your ringing, i did all of this but in the end for me i still had the ringing in my ears 24/7 .
I also had true vertigo with this, while walking i feel drunk, very unbalanced, this is because the ears house the organs that balance your body, so your brain gets bad signals , and you walk drunk, to say its a hell is an understatement, people you love of course cannot hear what you hear so its so hard for them to understand what your going through, any ways something had to give and it was not going to be me, faced with the prospect of living with this for life i looked all over for a cure or any help, and after many many months found what i had been looking for.
I found an ingrediant thats available over every counter in most shops worldwide and it is this every day simple product that made my world right again, i now use it daily and its stopped my ringing in the ears, i also have been to my doctor who supplys me a medication that reduces the dizzness by around 60% .
Having done a lot of research on tinnitus, i found that there is no cure, it can come and go or stay for ever, one day good one day bad, for me it was every day, until i found by complete chance the food that now stops the ringing for me, i cant forget it, my wife had been making us a meal and i by chance decided like most men to eat some of the food that was being used to make the meal, and only a few moments later i began to think something had happened to me, i could not think what it was then i realised that my ringing ears had stopped making noise for the first time in months, and i knew what it was that did it to me it was the food i just ate.
